LL-(T)ACSR/AS

Structure: LL-(T)ACSR/AS

• The center is the steel core coated with super-strength aluminum (EAS), the outside is aluminum layer (AL) or Heat-resistant aluminum alloy (TAL)

Characteristics:

• Maximum conductor temperature in normal service: LL-ACSR/AS: 90°C Advantages:
• Reduces transmission loss by 10~25% LL-TACSR/AS: 150°C • The load applied to the tower is almost identical to the traditional ACSR wire (due to the same diameter same mechanical strength)
• Better corrosion resistance than traditional ACSR wire due to the aluminum coated steel wire core (AS)
• The same installation and maintenance as traditional ACSR

Uses:

• LL- (T) ACSR/AS is used for overhead power transmission line
