• Products are still within the warranty period, and information such as production numbers, model numbers, and labels remain intact, clear, and have not been modified or altered by individuals or entities not authorized by the company's director.
• Products do not fall under the cases of warranty refusal.
• Warranty service location is at the company's headquarters: D17/26, Hamlet 4, Binh Chanh Commune, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

b. Cases Not Covered by Warranty

• Products are damaged due to improper use of the design's technical requirements: overload, usage exceeding the voltage capacity of the cable, incorrect application environment (submerged in water, exposed to excessively hot or cold temperatures, etc.).
