  1. Return and Refund Policy

Customers can request a warranty service when using the services of Https://dailongcable.com/.

Warranty process: When warranty or service support is required, customers should contact our warranty and support centers. We will take further steps to inspect the service quality and proceed with warranty or refund as requested by the customer.

We will refund the customer using the same method they used for payment.

  • If the customer paid via bank transfer, we will refund the amount to the account used for payment, equal to the amount the customer paid for the service.
  • If the customer paid at the company, they are requested to come to the company to receive the refund (our support staff will contact the customer to schedule an appointment).

a. Product Inspection Policy

To ensure consumer rights and enhance the quality of after-sales services, Https://dailongcable.com/ will assist customers in exchanging products for new ones or returning products and receiving a refund (however, shipping fees or delivery charges, if any, will not be refunded).

b. Return Policy

c. Exchange Policy

  • The product can be exchanged for a 100% new one within 7 days from the delivery date if there is a manufacturing defect. If the wrong product is delivered and it remains 100% new as initially received, Https://dailongcable.com/ will resolve the issue within 5 minutes after confirming the product's condition with the customer.
  • Exchange for a different product of equivalent value within the first 30 days of use if there is a manufacturing defect that cannot be immediately repaired. The product must remain 100% new as initially received.
  • Products can be exchanged for an equivalent product throughout the warranty period (12-24-36 months) if the product is damaged due to manufacturing defects and cannot be repaired or lacks replacement parts. Https://dailongcable.com/ will immediately exchange the product for an equivalent one.
  • For special or custom products where no equivalent product is available for exchange, or if the product needs to be sent abroad for repair, Https://dailongcable.com/ will lend another device to the customer for use.

  • Products that are scratched, dirty, discolored, or have exploded chips (the product must remain 100% intact according to the manufacturer's standards).
  • Customers want to change the product type or model but did not notify us in advance.
  • Customers have affected the external condition, such as torn packaging, peeling, or breakage.
  • Products are damaged due to incorrect usage instructions.
  • Customers do not comply with the requirements to be eligible for warranty (for example, failing to send the warranty card to the designated place within the required time frame, if applicable).
  • Customers have inspected and signed off on the condition of the goods but did not report any issues within 24 hours of signing.

Note: Exchanges and repairs will be carried out in accordance with the regulations of the supplier, manufacturer, or authorized warranty provider of that supplier or manufacturer.
