The 28-7 Award is a prestigious award to honor good grassroots Trade Union presidents who have many achievements and creativity to bring high efficiency in Trade Union activities and are trusted by union members.

On December 24, the Ho Chi Minh City Confederation of Labor announced a list of 15 typical trade union presidents to be considered for the “July 28 Award” in 2021.

(Trade Union of City Public Utility and Commercial Services Enterprises); Ms. Kieu Ngoc Hoa, President of the Union of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. HCMC CE complex (HCMC Employees’ Union); Mr. Vo Thanh Toan, Chairman of Thong Nhat Hospital Trade Union (Ministry of Health Grassroots Union Union); Ms. Vo Thi My Hanh, President of Hung Vuong Hospital Trade Union (Ho Chi Minh City Health Industry Union); Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Hang, Chairwoman of Tu Du Hospital’s Grassroots Trade Union (Ho Chi Minh City Health Sector Trade Union); Ms. Truong Thi Ngoc Phuong, Chairwoman of District 3 Trade Cooperative Union; Ms. Le Thi Tuyet Anh, President of the Trade Union of the City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology; Mr. Tran Van Hung, Chairman of the Trade Union of Tan Thanh Mechanical Trading Joint Stock Company (Confederation of Labor of Thu Duc City); Ms. Le Thi Thuy Hang, President of the Trade Union of Tai Nan International Vietnam Co., Ltd.
