All 8 bidding packages are bid online according to a 1-phase, 2-envelope method.

Exceeding the price in the financial round, Vietnam Electric Cable Joint Stock Company won 2 bidding packages including: Package 2 Procurement of conductors for Ba Ria – Vung Tau province (winning price 73.614 billion VND (USD 3.009 million), down 4.575 billion VND(USD 187,100) compared to with the bidding package price); Package 5 Procurement of all kinds of wires for the provinces of Dong Thap, An Giang, Tra Vinh, Hau Giang (winning price 71.055  billion VND (USD 2.906 million), reduced 3.872 billion VND (USD 158,400) after bidding).

Dai Long Electric Wire and Cable Production Trading Co. , Ltd. won 3 bidding packages and HANAKA Group Joint Stock Company won 2 bidding packages. Specifically, the winning bid price of Dai Long Electric Wire and Cable Production Trading Co. , Ltd. in Package 3 Procurement of all kinds of wires for Lam Dong, Binh Phuoc, Tien Giang provinces is 74.117 billion VND(USD 3.033 million) (a decrease of 4.04 billion VND(USD 165,300)).
